12-month contract with potential for extension or full-time conversion W-2 only
(no Corp-to-Corp or 1099) We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Project Manager to lead and facilitate Agile Scrum processes across multiple teams. This role blends the strategic oversight of enterprise-level project management with the hands-on guidance of a Scrum Master, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The successful candidate will have proven experience leading Agile teams and managing complex projects, strong communication and facilitation skills, Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM), familiarity with ERP systems and government environments, and a mindset focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering results Key Responsibilities: Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Remove impediments and foster team collaboration to ensure smooth sprint execution. Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement through coaching and mentoring. Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to align priorities and deliverables. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders. Support Agile transformation initiatives across the enterprise. Qualifications: Required: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager. Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework. Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification. Experience with ERP systems and enterprise-level software projects. Familiarity with government operations or public sector project environments. General conceptual understanding of programming and database querying.
