LevelUp Consulting
is a civil engineering, planning, and landscape architecture consulting firm specializing in the land development industry. We are seeking a Project Manager capable of managing projects and training young staff. The applicant should be capable of designing residential projects including site layout, grading and drainage, and utility design. Position Requirements Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion. Oversee project design and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team. Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and specifications. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college. PE license in the State of Florida Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D, ICPR, and WaterCAD Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment Ability to work outside and perform site inspections at active and potential construction sites.
