What's the Job?
Analyze, review, and project financial impacts of network arrangements. Develop and maintain cost-efficient networks while identifying areas for greater efficiency. Implement reimbursement strategies designed to control healthcare costs. Formulate, analyze, coordinate, and negotiate contracts with provider networks. Establish productive relationships with key stakeholders to maintain provider satisfaction.
What's Needed?
6 years of experience in provider contract/network management or relevant fields. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in building a new network in a new market. Advanced knowledge of healthcare systems, including Medicare and regulatory knowledge. Able to travel or relocate to Montana Strong skills in negotiation and contract management.
