St. Cloud State University is seeking applications for potential adjunct instructors who qualify to teach in the College of Education and Learning Design
Social Studies Education Program. Subject to budgetary approval and department need, the Social Studies Teaching Program is accepting applications for an adjunct pool from which applicants can be assigned to teach primarily undergraduate lower division courses. This adjunct position will remain open for 1 year to allow departments' access to candidate pools when there is a need to hire an adjunct to teach a course(s) during defined academic semesters. Compensation is per credit, the current credit rate is a minimum of $1819 per credit. Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree with extensive experience teaching in the field OR a Doctorate Reprints of published work or writing sample of current research Evidence of quality teaching Evidence of the ability to teach and work with persons from diverse backgrounds Preferred Qualification
