QA Tester (TSYS Experience) . This is a

Richmond, VA

Job ID: 25-77610
Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Simulate and test various credit card transaction scenarios (e.g., POS, online, declined, approvals). Validate transaction data and outcomes through the TSYS platform. Monitor and analyze logs using Splunk (or similar tools) to troubleshoot and verify transaction flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and analysts. Report bugs and track defects through the QA lifecycle. Provide clear and comprehensive test documentation and execution results.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key Skills; TSYS, Splunk Experience in testing credit card functionalities and payment systems. Familiarity or hands-on experience with TSYS for transaction processing. Proficient in using Splunk or equivalent log analysis tools for validation and debugging. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
