We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Leader to spearhead a global ERP implementation at ModusLink. This critical role requires exceptional leadership skills to effectively bridge the gap between executive leadership and various business functions. The Project Leader will be responsible for ensuring disciplined execution of all key initiatives associated with a fixed-timeline Oracle Fusion implementation. This includes assessing priorities, collaborating with implementation teams, and making decisive choices to maintain the project's schedule and fixed-bid parameters. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in logistics and light manufacturing, leveraging their domain expertise to align business objectives with Oracle Fusion ERP solutions. This role is pivotal in driving success through strategic collaboration, timely decision-making, and seamless integration of business processes. Global Oracle ERP Implementation
Lead the deployment of Oracle Cloud SCM, WMS and Finance modules Partner with regional and global supply chain teams to ensure system requirements are clearly defined and aligned with operational needs. Collaborate with Oracle consultants and internal IT teams to configure and customize ERP functionalities for optimal performance. Ensure data migration, system testing, and user training are executed flawlessly during implementation phases. Act as the primary liaison between Oracle vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to align priorities and resolve challenges. Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand operational pain points and ensure ERP solutions deliver measurable value. Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and recommendations to senior executives and other key stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks associated with Oracle ERP implementation, including system disruptions and data security concerns. Adhere to compliance with global regulatory requirements and corporate policies, leveraging Oracle's built-in compliance tools.
