As a
PeopleSoft HCM Application Developer , you'll help drive the technical backbone of this transformation.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (CI Poly) Onsite availability in Chantilly, VA Experience in Human Capital Management development
(PeopleSoft or similar) At minimum,
formal training in PeopleSoft
(PeopleTools I & II, PeopleCode, etc.) Experience with technical PeopleSoft HCM development Experience in enterprise application development, including Oracle & SQL Experience supporting production systems and Agile sprint-based delivery Ability to solve complex technical issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders Nice to Have PeopleSoft certifications or advanced coursework (e.g., App Engine, Integration Broker) Experience designing and documenting IT solutions for federal agencies Exposure to Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies Familiarity with PeopleSoft modules like ELM, SCM, or Portal Background in testing automation or DevSecOps environments
