Quality Assurance and Quality Control Coordinator Key Role: Manage the application of analytical risk management principles that enable organizations to achieve mission assurance by preparing for, preventing, mitigating, responding to, and recovering from emergencies. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members. Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience developing metrics and providing reports to ensure timely discussions of the risks identified by the quality team and their escalation, if necessary 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or OneNote Experience briefing at the General Officer or Senior Executive Service level Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve quality and process performance Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues Ability to adapt to and be flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and responding to changing business needs and customer requirements Top Secret clearance Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience coordinating DoD and IA operations, exercises, and activities with local, state, and federal agencies, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree Additional Qualifications: Experience with Special Operations Forces organizations and capabilities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400 to $158,000 annually. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
