market maker , is seeking a
Quantitative ETF Trader
to join their Chicago office. This role focuses on
ETF market making , combining quantitative analysis, real-time trading, and technology to provide liquidity across U.S. and global markets. Key Responsibilities: Execute and optimize ETF market-making strategies across asset classes Manage intraday risk and PnL in real time Identify pricing inefficiencies and arbitrage opportunities Collaborate with quant researchers and developers to improve models and execution logic Monitor ETF flows, NAVs, and liquidity dynamics Qualifications: 2+ years in ETF trading or market making Deep understanding of ETF structure, pricing, and market microstructure Proven ability to manage risk and make decisions in fast markets Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field Seniority level
