Key Responsibilities: Assist in the formulation and testing of rubber compounds Conduct routine lab testing (physical, chemical, or mechanical) and accurately record results Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper lab procedures are followed Document findings and contribute to technical reports and product development logs Support troubleshooting efforts for production or material performance issues Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Production) on research-related initiatives Keep safety and compliance top of mind at all times Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Chemistry ,
Biology , or a related scientific field is required Strong attention to detail and a curious, analytical mindset Comfortable working in a lab and manufacturing environment Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn Ability to follow precise procedures and work both independently and as part of a team Salary Range:
$50,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience) Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
