Landscapes Golf Management and Bull Valley Golf Club are seeking Server Assistants to join our food and beverage team.
Bull Valley Golf Club is a premier private club known for its elegant events, stunning scenery, and outstanding service. We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our Food & Beverage team assisting with banquet service, running food, clearing tables, etc for weddings, golf outings, private parties, and club events. This position is key to ensuring the best possible guest experience. Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire and looking for evening and weekend availability.

JOB SUMMARY
Assists servers in attending to the needs of club patrons in restaurant and dining areas in a courteous manner according to Company standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Assists serving staff in welcoming patrons, escorting them to their tables and providing menus.
2. Prepares tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, replacing linens, setting up tableware, napkins and condiments. Wraps utensils in napkins accordingly.
3. Clears tables and attends to the general cleanliness of the dining area.
4. Delivers food when servers are too busy.
5. Ensures the server station and bar is stocked and clean.
6. Prepares and refills water and other non-alcoholic beverages for club patrons
7. Assists servers with processing payments as needed.
8. Removes trash and sanitizes menus.
9. Sets up tables, chairs and serving stations for events or dinner service.
10. Maintains professional appearance and demeanor. Adheres to club dress code always.
11. Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the Company by being solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all team members and meeting customer service standards set by management.
12. Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.
13. Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Must have the ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
2. Good oral communication skills.
3. Can compute simple math and count change accurately.
4. Able to obtain a food handler's permit or certification.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Previous experience in food service preferred.
2. Certified Food Handler (rserving.com or local certification)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Seeing and hearing: read documents, computer screen, answer phones, communicate in person 50-100%
• Standing and walking 50-75%
• Climbing, stooping, squatting and kneeling 0-24%
• Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, writing and Driving 0-25%
• Lift in excess of 25 pounds 0-24%
