We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated nurse leader to oversee our clinical team at our 270-apartment Assisted and Independent Living community. Responsibilities include:
Managing daily clinical services, supervising licensed nurses and care staff, building relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers, and collaborating with community leadership to ensure high-quality care and resident satisfaction. Qualifications:
Valid nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN), driver’s license, minimum of 3 years relevant experience, and clinical leadership experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation is required. Benefits include:
