Behavioral Health Lpn Opportunity At Valley Hospital
Valley Hospital in Phoenix, AZ is now hiring a Behavioral Health LPN. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our dynamic team. The LPN will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing nursing care to patients with a focus on psychiatric and personality disorders. The LPN will accurately collect data for the integrated assessment and must have a strong understanding of psychiatric and medical nursing procedures. Effective communication skills are essential, as the LPN will need to report changes in patient conditions to the RN. We seek nurses who demonstrate competent patient care, good communication and relationship skills, and the ability to set boundaries, hold confidences, and establish trust. Social maturity, emotional stability, self-confidence, and assertiveness are also important qualities.
