Float Pool RN
position offers the chance to provide expert care across
ICU, step-down, and med-surg
units. As a core member of the hospital's cross-functional team, you'll deliver high-impact nursing care where it's needed most-developing advanced skills and contributing meaningfully to patient outcomes every shift.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or MSN preferred) Active RN license in the state of New Jersey Enrollment in a BSN or MSN program within 6 months of hire (completion required within 3 years) Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in acute care, step-down, or ICU settings BLS certification required ACLS certification required What You Will Do:
Float between ICU, step-down, and med-surg units to deliver exceptional patient care Assess and monitor patient conditions, respond rapidly to changes, and implement effective interventions Provide continuity of care in various clinical settings while maintaining a high standard of practice Coordinate with healthcare teams across departments to support comprehensive care delivery Maintain clear and timely documentation using electronic health records Benefits Include:
