Active Minds, Inc. Location: Emergency Department, 42-bed Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center
Shift: 7pm-7:30am, every other weekend/evening on call, bonus eligible for qualified applicants
Our ED team works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with advanced technology, including EPIC EMR and Teleneurology.
Responsibilities include providing patient-centered care based on evidence-based practices, developing individualized care plans, and addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs.
Qualifications
Graduate of nursing school; BSN preferred At least 1 year RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency BLS required; ACLS, TNCC, PALS, CPI certifications within 90 days Ability to obtain moderate sedation certification within 9 months Valid Connecticut RN license in good standing Preferred certifications: Certified Emergency Nurse, Pediatric Emergency Nurse, or NRP
