Seed Round In addition to hybrid work, you also get every other Friday off Responsibilities: Leading a small, talented team of DSP Engineers Developing and implementing algorithms for advanced radar systems Working with antennas, transmit and receive chains, radar system modeling, ground moving target identification, electronic warfare, maritime surveillance, image processing, algorithm development for advanced radar image
products/exploitation Designing, developing, and analyzing radar systems and software architectures Designing, implementing, testing of algorithms for detection, discrimination, tracking systems Modeling and simulation of system designs to demonstrate performance metrics Developing unique solutions and efficient implementations of signal processing algorithms Leveraging tools such as IDL, MATLAB, Python or C++ to analyze data and generate algorithms Analyzing system level signal propagation, RF system performance, requirements development Collaborating with mechanical, software, program management, and senior leadership teams Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in radar signal processing Hands-on experience with MATLAB Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of radar signal processing techniques Experience with C++ is Experience managing a team or acting as a technical lead is Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field Experience with algorithm development, probability, and statistics Ability to obtain a U.S. top secret clearance Benefits: Competitive mental, dental, and vision plans Unlimited PTO 401(k) with a 4% company match A professional development stipend Desk setup stipend Relocation assistance Compensation: $135K - $155K + Equity
