Capio Group is looking for an experienced Product Manager/Lead Analyst!
Full-time employee - Remote
Salary:

Scope of Work: Capio Group seeks an experienced Product Manager/Lead Analyst to join our team. The role involves supporting client systems, driving process improvements, and modernizing systems to enhance outcomes, quality, and collaboration. Responsibilities include developing custom modules, supporting legacy processes, overseeing IV&V, identifying inefficiencies, engaging stakeholders, developing proposals, and collaborating with technical teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture. Key tasks include: Completing new custom modules and applications. Supporting legacy processes while developing new systems. Overseeing IV&V activities. Identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices. Engaging stakeholders and documenting current processes and challenges. Developing and presenting future state proposals and implementation plans. Collaborating with health care and federal partners. Managing product vision, roadmap, and cross-functional team collaboration. Analyzing requirements, managing risks, and ensuring project quality. Monitoring KPIs and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Mandatory Experience: Minimum 3 years in product development cycles, UX, market research, and client relations. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. At least 2 years managing IT projects costing over $5 million. 3 years in business analysis, use case development, and workflow analysis. 2 years performing business analysis on IT projects. Active Scrum Master or Product Owner certification. 2 references from similar previous engagements. Experience working with Medicare/Medicaid/Medi-Cal programs.
Desirable Experience: Experience with Medi-Cal or Medicare IT systems. Experience defining and managing product vision and strategy. Business Analyst or CBAP certification preferred.
