Overview
As a Senior Radar Engineer, you will define radar system requirements, design architectures and algorithms in support of those requirements and collaborate with software development teams to ensure effective implementation.
This position requires an Active DOD Secret Clearance and is 100% on-site in Woburn, MA.
Required Skills
BS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Proven expertise in radar system concepts and signal processing techniques
Experience with developing, documenting and maintaining engineering processes, tools and methodologies
Background in system level requirements development, documentation and maintenance
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional program teams and external stakeholders
Desired Skills
Familiarity with software architecture and requirements development for complex systems
Proficiency in tools such as MATLAB, C/C++, Java and/or DOORS
Demonstrated capability in modeling, algorithm development, test vector creation, and performance analysis for radar systems
Strong analytic, technical and problem-solving skills
