Hybrid | No billable hour requirements | 2+ years' experience required A growing boutique estate law firm in North Austin is seeking a full-time Probate & Guardianship Attorney to join its collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a structured yet flexible environment, enjoys autonomy, and is energized by solving complex problems. About the Role: Serve as lead counsel managing a docket of ~90 probate and guardianship cases (primarily uncontested) Handle 1–2 hearings per week across Travis, Williamson, and nearby counties Occasionally work on more complex contested matters involving fiduciary disputes, guardianships, creditor claims, beneficiary fraud, and related litigation Provide clear, compassionate, and consistent communication to clients throughout the process What They’re Looking For: At least 2 years of litigation experience (probate/guardianship experience is a plus but

not
