Los Angeles-based Real Estate Practice Group . This is an outstanding opportunity for a junior or mid-level attorney to handle
complex commercial real estate transactions
for institutional clients across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements Review and prepare office, retail, and industrial leases Negotiate property management and joint venture agreements Assist with borrower-side financing transactions Support senior attorneys in all phases of real estate transactions
