The Administrative Specialist provides administrative support to a workgroup or individual within the Department. Under general supervision, completes administrative tasks, such as; screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible. Responsible for patient scheduling, financial screening, pre-certs, medication authorization in any combination of roles / functions.
