Overview
We're looking for a Contract Junior Recruiter for a 4-5 month assignment with a privately held investment firm. With around 500 employees across the US, UK and Singapore this is a great opportunity for a TA Coordinator who wants to take a step up, working in a highly professional environment. The office is located in midtown and requires 4 days/week onsite with 1-day WFH. Looking for a September start.
Responsibilities: Supporting junior hiring initiatives Helping to manage talent pipelines Some proactive sourcing and outreach Coordinating interviews and keep hiring processes running smoothly Flex across TA priorities as needed. Required Qualifications:
Experience supporting a TA team
Strong communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail with the ability to juggle shifting priorities
A collaborative mindset - someone who sees what needs doing and jumps in
