Job Description Summary We have an exciting opportunity to join Warwick Hotels and Resorts as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, based out of our Warwick Denver location. As Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, you will perform a vital role within our operation and be a key driver of our success. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least three years of experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing within a full-service hotel environment of similar size and caliber. Experience in sourcing, qualifying, booking, and managing all business sources, including Banquet and Catering, is essential. Key responsibilities include: Promoting the best possible experience for guests and employees. Driving revenue and achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for the region. Developing sales action plans, forecasting, and analyzing trends to optimize revenue strategies. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners, with a service-oriented approach. Staying informed about industry trends and local market conditions, including citywide events and large group bookings. Leading and motivating the local sales teams and marketing efforts. Seeking innovative ways to generate new business and consistently meet or exceed targets. This position reports to the Senior Vice President. Qualifications At least three years of experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing in a full-service hotel. Experience managing and motivating sales team members. A strong desire to meet the needs of clients and guests. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Excellent presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
