This is a great opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional to join a collaborative and high-performance finance team during a period of rapid growth and transformation. About the Role: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Senior Accountant with 3+ years of accounting and reporting experience. This individual will play a key role in managing general ledger processes, intercompany consolidation and eliminations, and external audit support—while owning the full AP cycle at the HoldCo level. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and eager to work in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries and perform general ledger reconciliations Own the monthly intercompany consolidation and elimination process Manage HoldCo accounts payable, including coding, approvals, and vendor payments Support the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting Assist with external audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and PartnerCos on financial reporting and process improvements Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and support system enhancements Ideal Candidate Profile: 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting (corporate or public) Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting Experience with intercompany accounting and consolidations preferred Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct) is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proactive communicator with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA a plus Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Camino Search by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Accountant” roles.
