located in Boston, MA. The firm provides personalized, high-quality legal counsel to a diverse client base, including developers, investors, business owners, and entrepreneurs. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney
to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate will have
2+ years of experience
handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects. Key Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and development agreements Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions and business issues Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm on multi-faceted commercial matters Maintain strong client relationships through responsive, solutions-oriented service Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in Massachusetts and in good standing 5+ years of experience in transactional commercial real estate law Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines independently Seniority level
