creative efficiency
for advertisers, agencies, and creators. This role contributes to building
AI-integrated advertising products , streamlining workflows, and driving better brand results using generative technology. Own and design
AI-related features across TikTok’s monetization ecosystem Lead
end-to-end product design : from problem definition to high-fidelity delivery Partner cross-functionally with PMs, Engineers, and Researchers Leverage
user feedback
and
data
to validate concepts Mentor junior designers and
shape design culture
within the org Help define and contribute to product
strategy and vision Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of
product design experience
for
web applications Experience with
ads platforms, creator tools , or related use cases Capable of presenting
design rationale
clearly to diverse teams Independent, proactive, and able to manage complex design projects Comfortable iterating quickly and contributing to design systems Hands-on experience with
generative AI tools or workflows Familiarity with
advertising product design
or
creative automation systems Strong conceptual thinking and ability to
balance user needs with business goals Base Salary Range : $137,244 – $318,960 per year Total compensation may include
bonuses
and
restricted stock units (RSUs) Day-one access to: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid parental leave , life & disability insurance 10 holidays, 10 sick days, and
