Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown Greenville Riverplace is seeking an energetic, outgoing, customer service pro to fill our Guest Services Representative position. As a Guest Services Representative, you’ll be able to showcase your customer service skills and create exceptional guest experiences while enjoying a fun work environment with a competitive salary and benefits package.

nWhat you’ll do
nProvide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
nBe a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with a sense of urgency and empathy.
nProcess payments for guests and make necessary changes/updates to their accounts.
nEnter and update reservation information in the system.
nCollaborate with other departments to communicate information about room availability and status.
nMaintain the front desk ensuring the area is clean, welcoming, and organized.

nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
nPreferred 1 year of customer service experience.
nExceptional verbal and written communication skills.
nAbility to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities are constantly changing.
