Upon passing the CNA exam, employees are required a minimum one year commitment to the organization. This program consists of 80 online hours, 32 clinicals hours all paid on campus.CNA Position DutiesAccurately and safely perform resident care in accordance with residents' care plan, resident Assignment Sheet and worksheets, and nurses' instructionsAnswer call lights in a timely mannerPick up and maintain resident rooms in a neat and orderly conditionAssist residents to and from meals, meetings, and activities, as neededStraighten and maintain department rooms and equipment storage areas in a neat and orderly conditionRequirementsEducation and Experience Not yet certified? Immanuel offers Free Online CNA Education with our partner, Montana Health Network.
