TECH Description: THIS POSITION IS DAILY WORK, YOU MAY WORK 1-3 DAYS PER WEEK!!!
Monday-Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm, some Saturdays as needed
****MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
We are seeking a dependable and proactive Residential Maintenance Technician to maintain the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of residential buildings. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on knowledge to address various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. This role is key in providing residents with a high-quality living environment.
General Repairs:
Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, appliances, doors, windows, drywall, and other areas.
Emergency Maintenance:
Be available to handle emergency repairs such as water leaks, electrical outages, or HVAC failures in a timely manner.
Customer Service:
Engage with residents courteously and professionally, ensuring their maintenance requests are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
