Why This Role Matters The Restoration Coordinator is the organizational heartbeat behind every successful project. Youll be the central hub that connects our field crews, project managers, vendors, and most importantlyour clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, loves bringing order to chaos, and wants to make a meaningful difference when people need it most. What Youll Do Orchestrate the administrative flow of projectsfrom water mitigation and mold remediation to contents handling and reconstruction. Partner with Project Managers to schedule jobs, manage documentation, track compliance, and move projects forward efficiently. Maintain real-time updates in our job management system to ensure every detail is timely, accurate, and accessible. Deliver compassionate, professional customer serviceanswering calls, addressing questions, and keeping clients informed. Coordinate calendars, schedule inspections, and ensure all stakeholders are in sync with project milestones. Track job progress daily with crews and vendors, keeping records and notes up to date. Support ordering materials, managing deliveries, and assisting with vendor communications when needed. Actively contribute to process improvements and workflow enhancements during team meetings. What You Bring Administrative experience in restoration, construction, or field-service industries (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skillswritten and verbal. Detail-obsessed with a proactive mindset and ability to multitask under pressure. Tech-savvy: familiarity with project software (DASH experience is a plus).
