Position Overview: We are seeking driven, purpose-aligned Independent Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based role ideal for individuals who are passionate about wellness, skincare, and science-backed innovation. You will play a key role in expanding Fafabiotic's customer base through two primary channels: Direct-to-Consumer (DTC):

Finding and educating ideal customers who resonate with our probiotic skincare philosophy. B2B Wholesale:

Identifying and cultivating relationships with spas, aestheticians, wellness boutiques, and skincare professionals for wholesale partnerships. Responsibilities: Promote Fafabiotic products to aligned individual customers through online outreach, in-person events, and social engagement Represent the brand with authenticity and educate prospects on the benefits of live probiotic skincare Provide follow-up support and answer customer questions to ensure a great experience and encourage repeat sales Identify and connect with ideal wholesale partners (aestheticians, facialists, med spas, boutique retailers) Deliver compelling brand messaging and product education to skincare professionals Coordinate sampling, demos, and potential training sessions with the founder or product specialists Develop ongoing relationships to support reorders and loyalty Ideal Candidate: Passionate about clean skincare, wellness, and science-backed products Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build something meaningful Prior experience in skincare, aesthetics, or health and wellness sales is a plus Comfortable working independently and on commission only Must be based in the U.S. Must be able to work in the U.S. without any need for sponsorship Compensation: 100% commission-based Competitive commission rates on both retail and wholesale sales Performance-based bonuses possible Flexible schedule and remote work How to Apply: Email your interest with a short note about your background and why you're excited about Fafabiotic to: Join us in rewriting the story of skincare—with science, simplicity, and live probiotics.
