Chicago-based, on-site Sales Representative
to join our team and drive the acquisition of high-level investment professionals to attend our invite-only private wealth management summits. This individual will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing participation from
Heads of Investments and other senior decision-makers
within
Limited Partnerships . Your efforts will directly impact the quality, prestige, and success of our events. Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and build relationships with key investment leaders within Private Wealth. Effectively communicate the value proposition of attending our alternative investment focused events. Secure attendance from target delegates through proactive outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, and professional networks). Maintain and manage a strong pipeline through effective CRM (HubSpot) use and diligent follow-up. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure alignment on messaging and audience development strategies. Consistently meet and exceed participation and revenue targets. Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree – preferably within Finance, Economics or Business. 2+ years of success in B2B sales within financial services, investor relations, or the alternative investments space. Strong familiarity with the family office and RIA space; existing relationships are a plus. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging C-level professionals. Self-driven, resilient, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment. Proficiency in CRM platforms and pipeline management best practices. HubSpot experience is an advantage. Located in or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL; this is an on-site role. Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential.
