Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient checkout service to customers.
- Engage with customers by greeting them and assisting with product selection.
- Resolve customer issues with a focus on satisfaction and efficiency.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, returns, and exchanges.
- Recommend additional products to customers, improving their shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of counters and shelves.
- Follow all company policies regarding asset protection and regulated products.
- Support pharmacy operations by obtaining patient prescription statuses and reporting errors promptly.
- Assist in store maintenance to ensure a neat and attractive store environment.
Training & Personal Development:
Participate in ongoing training and development sessions assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred: Six months of retail experience, especially with Walgreens.
This role offers flexible hours and is located at 1150 11TH AVE, HELENA, MT, 59601. The starting pay rate is $16 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $18 per hour.
