Senior Business Analyst – Logistics & Procurement Location: Dallas, TX (Relocation assistance provided) About: We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Analyst to support logistics and procurement operations. This role is focused on analyzing data, improving processes, and supporting systems that drive supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and experience in cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Analyze logistics and procurement data to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities. Lead or support process improvement initiatives across the supply chain. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements. Serve as the business liaison with IT to align system capabilities with operational needs. Drive key projects with a focus on improving end-to-end performance. Maintain documentation for systems, tools, and processes. Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. 4–10+ years of experience in logistics, procurement, or operations. Proven process improvement skills within logistics and procurement functions. Strong technical aptitude to learn and support new systems. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. Ability to lead and influence across teams. Top 5 Must-Haves: Process improvement experience in logistics/procurement Technical aptitude Strong problem-solving skills Team-oriented mindset Excellent communication and organizational skills Seniority level
