We are seeking an aggressive, driven, and goal-oriented individual who is a proactive go-getter to drive performance in the field. You will work in Anchorage and the Valley, with occasional travel to the Peninsula and other parts of the state. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE This position involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing to enhance our customers' home upgrade experience.
You will be paid an hourly wage of $18, but the real earning potential comes from incentive payments. Current employees make up to $32/hr. Responsibilities include: Vigorously working to generate leads through door-to-door campaigning in your assigned territory Exceed monthly lead generation goals by executing our door-to-door strategy Maintaining expert knowledge of our sales system, products, and promotional offerings Using Renewal by Andersen mapping and business applications for accurate record-keeping
QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year of door-to-door or sales experience preferred (not required) Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Physical ability to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles daily within a 60-mile radius of the office Strong verbal communication skills Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable using multiple platforms on tablets
