Your Job: In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients by providing timely and accurate lab results. Your Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Medical Technology or related specialty Or equivalent experience and education demonstrating comparable skills and abilities For individuals educated outside the U.S., a translation of education showing equivalence Certification/registration or eligibility as a Medical Technologist is required Continuing education to keep certifications current (ASCP after January 2004, AMT after January 2006) Certified MT work experience Your Job Responsibilities: Communicate clearly and openly Build relationships to promote collaboration Be accountable for your performance Seek ways to improve patient experience Take initiative for professional growth Be engaged and eager to build a winning team About Methodist Richardson Medical Center
