Administrative Assistant

Tampa, FL 33607 . This is a
2-month temporary assignment
offering a
pay rate of $25/hour . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing files, maintaining driver records, handling correspondence, and supporting various administrative functions. Strong communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. The right candidate must also demonstrate strong analytical thinking, mathematical aptitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a professional and proactive manner.
Key Responsibilities: Manage file systems, including driver records and documentation Handle internal and external correspondence Research and resolve discrepancies when needed Maintain organized administrative workflows and deadlines Provide professional support across departments Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, communication, and reporting Apply strong analytical and mathematical skills in daily tasks Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and follow-up abilities Ability to interact professionally at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Discretion with sensitive information Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM
