. You will lead the discovery and deployment of intelligent systems and machines that blend classic PLC and MES based controls with, AI , advanced robotics , and machine learning keeping the organization at the leading edge of industrial automation. What You’ll Tackle Develop PLC, HMI, and AI-integrated control systems for custom automation and robotic platforms in industrial manufacturing plants. Program Allen-Bradley (RSLogix) and Siemens (Step 7) PLCs for precision motion, safety, and process control Write real-time software in Ladder Logic, Function Block and structured text Integrate robotics with vision-guided control (OpenCV), sensor fusion, and force feedback systems Apply machine learning models for inspection, adaptive logic, and predictive controls Connect sensors, microcontrollers, drives, HMIs, and cloud- or edge-connected devices Lead R&D initiatives across software , electronics , and mechanical integration Create diagnostic tools, simulators , and feedback loops to improve real-world system behavior Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to validate technical performance - If you’ve ever built a machine that “thinks”—even just a little—you’ll thrive here. What You’ll Bring B.S. in Electrical Engineering , Mechatronics, or similar Proven track record in control systems development , including PLC and AI integration Proficiency in structured text and Ladder Logic PLC programming, and industrial control hardware (drives, servos, safety) Experience with real-time systems and protocols (TCP/IP, SPI, UART, etc.) Hands-on problem solver with an R&D mindset Clear communication and system-level thinking Bonus Experience STM32, Arduino, or other microcontroller platforms GPU or edge-device inference (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson) SCADA , MES , ERP , or DCS integration Automation projects involving AI, autonomy, or analytics (professional or personal) Why This Role Stands Out You’ll be solving real problems—not optimizing theoretical frameworks.
