We are seeking an experienced
SAP BASIS Consultant
to join our team in Singapore and play a key role in our
S/4HANA transformation journey . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical planning, installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning of the SAP system landscape. This includes leading the migration from ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring high availability, and supporting a smooth transition to the next-generation ERP. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support the end-to-end
S/4HANA migration
from SAP ECC, including planning, preparation, system conversion, and post-migration support. Perform
installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance
of SAP systems (S/4HANA, Fiori, Solution Manager, SAP Gateway, Web Dispatcher, etc.). Manage
SAP HANA Database
administration tasks and ensure optimal performance and uptime. Handle
system copies, client copies, transport management , and landscape configuration. Collaborate with functional teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Ensure
disaster recovery, backup procedures , and high availability strategies are in place and regularly tested. Monitor system performance and proactively address bottlenecks, patches, and tuning needs. Support user authorization and security activities in compliance with internal policies. Document technical specifications, system architecture, and operational procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Minimum
5+ years of SAP BASIS
experience with at least
1 full-cycle S/4HANA transformation
project. Strong hands-on experience with
SAP HANA DB administration , performance tuning, and sizing. Proficiency in
SAP Landscape Management (LaMa)
and
SAP Maintenance Planner . Experience with
SAP Cloud Connector, SAP BTP , and hybrid environments (cloud/on-premise) is a plus. Knowledge of
OS-level administration (Linux/Unix)
and scripting is advantageous. Familiarity with
SAP security and authorizations
is desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment in Singapore.
