Business Analyst
with deep domain experience in the
pharmaceutical industry , capable of bridging business needs and technology solutions across Commercial, R&D, Manufacturing & Supply, and Corporate Functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience working in regulated environments. Elicit, document, and validate business requirements across functions such as: Commercial:
CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva), sales enablement, digital marketing, field force effectiveness R&D:
Clinical trial operations, pharmacovigilance, lab systems, data analytics Manufacturing & Supply:
MES, serialization, inventory tracking, supply chain visibility Translate complex business processes into clear user stories, workflows, wireframes, and functional specs Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify actionable insights Evaluate and improve business processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and communicate solutions Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT/development teams Support UAT planning, solution deployment, and business process optimization Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage SDLC documentation Promote data governance practices and ensure data accuracy

Business Analyst

HRIS, finance automation, compliance systems, enterprise reporting Translate complex business processes into clear user stories, workflows, wireframes, and functional specs Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify actionable insights Evaluate and improve business processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and communicate solutions Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT/development teams Support UAT planning, solution deployment, and business process optimization Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage SDLC documentation Promote data governance practices and ensure data accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in
Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences
industries Experience supporting tech initiatives in: Commercial:
CRM, analytics, digital marketing R&D:
Clinical systems, lab information management, regulatory submissions Manufacturing:
MES, SAP, LIMS, serialization Corporate Functions:
HR (e.g., Workday), finance tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Working knowledge of
SAFe / Agile frameworks Familiarity with
data governance, compliance, and validation
processes Strong skills in
