This role involves providing functional and technical support for SAP systems, focusing on SAP Product Costing and Cost Center/Profit Center Reporting. The candidate will collaborate with business leads to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations and customizations. Key Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and integrate end-to-end R2R (Record To Report - FICO) processes. Resolve process and integration issues related to the Value Stream. Guide project teams during build, data conversion, testing, cutover, and go-live phases. Design enterprise structures and master data objects, especially for business partners. Support solution architecture and address risks and issues using expertise. Create functional specifications for data conversion and integration related to R2R. Provide thought leadership and best practices within FICO. Qualifications
10-15 years of overall experience, with 5-6 full lifecycle SAP implementations in an MNC, focusing on SAP Product Costing and Reporting. Implementation experience in the Hi-Tech industry is advantageous. Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA USGAAP & IFRS Ledger setup, multi-currency, and global reporting. Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA FICO modules and integration with MM & SD. Experience with Lease Accounting, Bank Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, and Financial Consolidation. Design and implementation experience in SAP S/4 HANA, MDG, Signavio, or Vertex. Leadership skills, ability to prioritize, and work across global teams. Excellent communication skills in English.
