The IT SAP Solutions Architect Order to Cash (O2C) is responsible for leading technical engagements for the SAP Finance solutions specifically the order to cash functions within SAP (S/4 Hana Finance) and uses strategic thinking regarding business, product, and technical challenges to connect technology and finance. The IT SAP Solutions Architect Order to Cash (O2C) is responsible for leading technical engagements for the SAP Finance solutions specifically the order to cash functions within SAP (S/4 Hana Finance) and uses strategic thinking regarding business, product, and technical challenges to connect technology and finance.
What does it mean to be part of the Information Technology Team?
A role in Information Technology at UNFI involves being a part of the transformation of food for all through many innovative technology products such as myUNFI, our customer ordering platform or our warehouse management systems that optimize service. You will have an opportunity to be a part of the technology journey to transform food for all through collaboration and building solutions across teams that directly contribute to our OneUNFI strategy. Roles include network automation, infrastructure unification and modernization, data services and analytics, and digital offering.
Job Responsibilities
Leads the architecture design and implementation of SAP Finance Solutions for O2C aligned with business and project objectives. Collaborate with Business Process Owners and Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Defines and integrates the SAP Finance O2C Architecture roadmap into UNFIs enterprise architecture standards and processes. Provides technical leadership and guidance on SAP project teams, shares best practices in configuration, integration, and data management. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements and consult with process stakeholders to ensure compliance. Supports other integration into other modules and other third party-systems. Provides consultation to other technology teams and business teams. Communicates technical issues and technology solutions to project teams and stakeholders.
Education/Certification
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in information systems, Finance or related fields SAP Certifications such as System Administration, Finance, or Architecture preferred
Experience
7+ years of experience in SAP Finance with at least 2 years in Solutions Architecture or lead technical role. Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP S/4 HANA Finance. Experience in deployment in complex on-premises and hybrid environment. Experience in supply chain industry a plus.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Extensive SAP Finance knowledge, including O2C. Presentation skills that demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively regardless of audience. Data modeling skills to understand master data and transactional data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Interpersonal skills that demonstrate relationship building and collaboration. Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.

Remote Role:
This position is classified as remote where the associate will perform remote work from their primary residence. Remote associates are welcome to work from the office but are not required to do so. While remote associates are not required to work from an office on a regular basis, they may be required to come to the office or other UNFI locations for necessary business reasons or if directed to do so by their manager.
Travel (minor)
This position may require the associate to travel to company offices, distribution centers, or other locations for specific meetings or other business reasons.
