We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to lead testing and cutover readiness activities for a major SAP transformation program. This dual-role position requires a project management–oriented professional who can oversee the full testing lifecycle and transition seamlessly into cutover planning and execution. This is a hybrid position requiring 1-2+ days onsite in Boston weekly.
What you will work on
Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing cycles including FUT, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing. Ensure test cases are aligned with business requirements and real-world scenarios. Manage test planning, execution, issue tracking, and resolution across functional and technical teams. Collaborate with business users, functional leads, and QA teams to ensure testing completeness and quality. Drive cutover planning activities, including readiness assessments, task sequencing, and risk mitigation. Oversee cutover execution and post go-live validation to ensure a smooth transition to production. Support hypercare activities and stabilize the solution post-implementation.
What you will bring
Proven experience leading SAP testing and cutover activities in large-scale transformation programs. Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and testing best practices. Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with business and IT stakeholders. Excellent organizational, communication, and issue resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or similar project management certification. Experience with S/4HANA implementations. Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, Solution Manager).
