Senior Project Manager- Continuous Improvement

The Beneva Group Beneva Group has been retained by a trusted industrial manufacturer to find a Senior Project Manager for one of its major Northeast US facilities. This is a high-impact role leading capital investment projects and cross-functional initiatives in a complex manufacturing environment. The company is well-established, financially sound, and committed to innovation, safety, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of capital and improvement projects from concept through execution and commissioning. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources with accountability to executive leadership. Execution & Operational Support Direct and coordinate activities of internal and external teams, including contractors and consultants. Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout project execution. Resolve issues, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timeline and budget alignment. Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and procurement plans. Strategic Partnership Support site leadership in identifying capital investment priorities and future-state manufacturing needs. Drive alignment with broader business goals, including EHS, sustainability, and process optimization. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (Mechanical or Electrical preferred). 10+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of construction methods, industrial safety, and regulatory compliance. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification or equivalent Experience managing multiple concurrent capital projects over $1M Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Location:
