Role Mission

Lead the practical deployment and integration of AI technologies across the organization, ensuring all AI initiatives translate into tangible business results and seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the implementation of AI projects across different business functions, including operations, sales, marketing, and customer support.

Act as a bridge between AI/ML engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and effective collaboration.

Manage project timelines, ensuring AI initiatives are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during AI project execution, ensuring smooth operational integration.

Train internal teams on how to effectively use and leverage AI-driven tools and systems.

Design and optimize automation workflows using tools like

, leveraging APIs, webhooks, and AI capabilities.

Develop, refine, and structure

advanced prompts

for various AI models to maximize efficiency and performance.

Format and structure AI responses using

Requirements

3+ years experience in technical project management, AI implementation, or automation/integration roles.

Strong knowledge and practical experience with:
