They are seeking to hire a Marketing Manager responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans; enhancing brand recognition and reputation. Develop market positioning and support profitability and growth. Role reports to an office. Hybrid is not an option. Responsibilities: Create marketing messaging, concepts and strategies to maximize brand Ensure best market positioning to meet/exceed business initiatives and goals Understand organization’s market position and alignment in national market Create national campaigns not further organization’s reach Compose company marketing communications for internal and external use Develop creative and innovative ideas to promote the organization’s products and services Establish and maintain relationships within the organization, partnering to complete each project Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related Min. 7+ years of Marketing experience preferably within the hospitality, food service and/or healthcare industries Experience in Marketing Campaigns and Digital Advertising Experience in Content Creation and Social Media Strategies Experience creating marketing video content for social media Marketing background with Large to Medium sized businesses Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong attention to details Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (social media insights, Google Analytics, etc.) Base Salary $75,000 - $110,000 (based on experience) Full Benefits Package, 401K & PTO Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
