COSMOPROF SALES ASSOCIATE:
By working at Cosmoprof, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world and we are on a mission to empower our customers to express themselves through hair – and we need passionate and talented people to make this happen!!
The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are searching for passionate beauty lovers who want to assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. You will be their advisor on their beauty journey. Cosmoprof provides training to support your success. Bring your passion and personality, and we will do the rest!
Your Role at Cosmoprof
Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complementary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values.
Offer flexible working schedules to suit everyone’s needs.

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred: 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
Availability to meet scheduling needs.
Clear communication with customers, co-workers, and management.
Ability to apply product knowledge to customer service.
Ability to read and explain product labels.
Follow directions and perform duties as assigned by Manager.
Legal and Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.
Physical exertion includes standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.
Work around moving parts, carts, or machines; occasional exposure to chemicals.
