The Business Information Consultant Senior – Health System Reimbursement is responsible for coordinating and consolidating various impact analyses for management reporting. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be able to report to one of our Pulse Point locations in Atlanta, GA, Richmond, VA, Indianapolis, IN, Norfolk, VA, Wallingford, CT, St. Louis, MO, Louisville, KY or Mason, OH. Responsibilities include establishing, improving, and optimizing the consolidating processes for forecast and month-end results; consolidating and preparing executive summary reports for various business segments in the SBU for top management decision-making; analyzing and designing solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs; collaborating with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products; coordinating with external audits as appropriate; and acting as the central contact with internal departments and external auditors. Minimum requirements include a BA/BS degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration and minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred skills include proficiency in modeling financial impacts of changes in reimbursement structures and rates for health systems, experience benchmarking hospital or physician rates against Medicare reimbursement, Excel, SQL, and SAS experience, strong knowledge of products and internal business models and data systems, leadership in evaluating financial performance of complex organizations, excellent leadership, problem solving, organizational, planning, presentation and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and draw up plans to address issues/concerns.
