This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in the landscape or service industry to join a growing company with a strong reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial landscape maintenance .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, HOAs, municipalities, and commercial clients .
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and revenue targets .
- Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity to remain competitive in the market.
- 2+ years of sales experience in landscape maintenance, facility services, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, enhancements, and irrigation .
- Proven track record of closing deals and growing revenue .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite .
- Base salary + uncapped commission ($75K-$150K+ OTE)
