What You'll Do Own a personal new-business quota: prospect, present, and close deals with facility managers, property-service contractors, and multi-site customers. Coach, mentor, and performance-manage: a small team of outside and inside sales reps. Model the consultative sales process, deliver in-field training, run weekly pipeline huddles and ride-alongs. Forecast with precision: build weekly, monthly, and quarterly bookings forecasts and present a concise roll-up weekly to senior leadership. Pipeline analytics & CRM hygiene: monitor conversion rates, deal velocity, and win/loss trends. Drive 100 % data integrity so forecasts stay accurate. Conduct market & competitive research: map total addressable market within the DMV region, track competitor pricing/service bundles, and surface whitespace opportunities. Territory design & lead scoring: partner with Marketing to refine ICP, tier accounts, and assign zip-code territories that balance travel time and revenue potential. Sales enablement collaboration: brief Marketing on content gaps and help develop playbooks, objection-handling guides, and product-launch kits. Cross-functional leadership: sync with Service and Operations to ensure smooth start-ups and profitable pricing/margin guardrails.
What You Bring 5+ years' record of exceeding new-business quotas in B2B field sales (hygiene, jan-san, or uniform rental is a plus). 3+ years leading a high-energy outside-sales team, with hands-on coaching and CRM discipline. Data-driven mindset and being comfortable turning funnel metrics into action plans. Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
